2. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our business:
- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in
- 50% charge for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in
- 100% charge for no-shows
- Special rates and packages may have different cancellation policies
3. Surfing Activities
While we provide surfing-related services, we want to ensure the safety of all our guests:
- All surfing activities are undertaken at your own risk
- Guests must sign a waiver before participating in surfing activities
- We recommend having travel insurance that covers water sports
- Weather conditions may affect surfing activities

To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests, please follow these rules:
- No smoking in rooms or common areas
- Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- Pets are not allowed unless specifically arranged

- Personal injury during surfing activities
- Loss or damage to personal belongings
- Changes in weather conditions affecting activities
- Third-party services or activities
