Eight Rooms Now: New Deluxe Rooms, Hot Showers and Air-Con

When we started, Surfing Life was a handful of simple rooms for surfers. Over the years, more and more guests asked us for a little extra comfort after a long day in the sun. So we’ve been building, and we now have eight rooms.
What’s new
- Three new deluxe double rooms, more spacious and comfortable.
- A deluxe triple, with one double bed and one single, ideal for a small group or a family.
- Hot water showers in all the deluxe rooms.
- Air-conditioning in selected deluxe rooms, for an extra fee per night.
Our original rooms are still here. They’re simple and spotless, made for surfers who mostly need a good bed and a cold shower.
2017 room rates
Rates per night in Sri Lankan rupees, including breakfast:

Low-season discount: from October to mid-November and from mid-March to May, double rooms are LKR 1,000 less per night and small rooms LKR 500 less.

Still the same Surfing Life
More rooms doesn’t mean a different place. We’re still a family-run guest house in a quiet village. We still have the garden, the hammocks and the veranda where everyone ends up in the evening. We still have board hire and storage. And the restaurant is still feeding hungry surfers from breakfast to dinner.
